General Manager
Responsibilities include: all aspects of daily restaurant operations, development/training of hourly staff, food and beverage cost controls, and inventories.
A minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience desired, but willing to train candidate with the right attitude who is eager to learn and grow with us. Must be a self starter, organized,
problem-solver, energized individual with strong communication and customer service skills. We offer a competitive salary, bonus and benefits and a great

Sous Chef
Responsibilities include: supervise production of hourly staff during peak hours, maintain food and labor costs and quality standards set up by Executive Chef, oversee the sanitation of
the operation. Qualifications and Experience: Culinary degree is preferred with a minimum of 2 years restaurant experience. Must be able to demonstrate creative and quality driven culinary skills.
Experience managing culinary staffs is necessary. Must have excellent communication and some computer skills. Must have good food knowledge and recognition of quality product.
